Andy Meagher — Broker/Owner

Andy Meagher established Meagher Realty, LLC in 2020. He is Broker/Owner and has been involved in the real estate industry for years. Andy assisted his father, Mike Meagher, with real estate marketing before deciding to jump in and become a licensed agent himself in 2016. In 2023, Andy obtained his Minnesota Auctioneers license, became a 4th generation auctioneer with Meagher Auctioneers and help launch their new online auction platform. This allowed a century-plus old company to expand their auction services (including real estate auctions) and remove traditional geographic barriers that limited live onsite auctions.

Having grown up in Paynesville, Andy knows the area well and can answer questions asked by potential buyers, including inquiries about area school districts, lakes, businesses, and entertainment activities.

Andy brings his extensive experience in technology, website design, development, and search marketing to effectively market your property online.
